Start: As soon as credentialed.
Length: 60-90 days with option to extend.
Desired Schedule: Full time/40 hours week. Shift hours: M-F 8-4:30 with 30-minute lunch Worksite Setting: Outpatient correctional facility
Scope of Work: General and urgent dental needs-extractions, fillings, and cleanings.
Requirements: DEA, BLS, TN license. MUST have clean background!
