Desired Schedule 7a - 3p, no call Worksite Setting: Surgery Center Scope of Work: Solo need, no CRNA help - so no supervision Will do own cases Ongoing needs per month Requirements: GA License, DEA, BC, Clean background EMR/ EHR TBD
