Cross Country Locums has need for a BC/BE IM/FM physician with Occ Med/Urgent Care experience in a clinic located in Western Phoenix, AZ. Details listed below.Dates of Coverage: March 3,6,8,10,15,17,24,27,29,31
April 3,5,7,10,14,17,19,21,24,26,28
Schedule: Weekdays only 12p-5p
Pay Rate: $130/hr plus covered malpractice insurance
Scope of Work: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
Requirements: BLS, DEA, active and unrestricted AZ license, and must have DOT certified, and Covid vaccinated
