Hyndman Family Health Center
<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm; 6 hours clinical, 2 hours charting, 1-hour lunch; Option to work 10 am - 7 pm; 4 day work weeks available</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 16-18</li> <li>Call Schedule: Rotated Phone Only; About 1 weekend every 3 months</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus: $20000</li> <li>Compensation: $220,000</li> <li>Benefits:

Coverage Paid by HAHC
- Short-term Disability - 7 Day elimination period, 60% of pay, 12 Week period

- Growth of the HAHC patient population has created the need for an additional family physician to join our team.
- The physician will provide quality medical care using a team-based approach in the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
- Join a team of 2 physicians, 2 dentists, 5 nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant.
- Phone-only call allows you to choose the community that suits your needs.

- Work alongside a collaborative, supportive team from administration to other providers.

Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania License
