Description
Cross Country Locums, formerly MDA, is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine need in northeast, Illinois. Please review details below:
Open dates: 11/07-1/31/23
Schedule: 7am - 4p Monday - Friday. Must be DOT certified and able to suture Requirements: Active, unrestricted IL license, DEA, BLS, Proof of Covid Vaccine, DOT Certification Credentialing Process: 1 week Travel/Housing Notes: will prefer local candidates, but open to those who require travel
