Dates of Coverage: January 2023 – ongoing

Desired Schedule: Call once a month - Thursday (7a) – Tuesday (7a)
Scope of Work: ED Consults, urological surgery, hospital consults and care connection calls.
Will be on call for any Nephrology consults, rounding on the Nephrology Services
EMR: EPiC
Requirements: American Board of Urology, BLS, DEA
Credentialing time: 30-60 days
Additional: Lodging, Travel Provided
