SCOPE OF WORK:
ASAP Start pending credentialing
9 plus month assignment
M-F 8a-5p, no call, no weekends
Out patient Clinic, 20 patients per day
Acute care, follow up, physical exam, new patient, pediatric care, new problems, video visits, paps, pelvic procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
Michigan License
DEA
BLS
