Description
Psychiatric Hospitalist – Southeastern Minnesota
- Employed practice seeks BC/BE Psychiatrist to join their inpatient team
- Competitive base salary offered - to be discussed with employer directly
- Practice across multiple areas or focus on an area or two of interest including:
- psychiatric emergency service
- psychiatric consultation liaison service
- a specialized mood disorder unit
- geriatric and medical psychiatric unit
- adult acute care unit
- As an academic institution, active engagement in research and education is expected with new resources available for program development and scholarly pursuits.
- Faculty appointment will be commensurate with experience.
- All hospital services take pride in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.
- Teams are comprised of clinicians (psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, social workers), nursing, and students of all levels (medical students, resident physicians, fellows, nurse practitioner and physician assistant students, nursing students).
