Inpatient Psychiatry Near Springfield, MO

• Employed inpatient unit seeks BC/BE Psychiatrists to join their team
• Base salary range: $260,000-$275,000
• Schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
• 22-bed adult inpatient unit
• Call provided by hospitalists from 9 pm to 7 am - very limited
• Inpatient unit support staff consists of: 1 nurse manage, 2 RNs, 1 LPN, 2 CNAs, 1 unit secretary, and social service staff including 2 discharge planners
• Average unit statistics: inpatient census - 17, length of stay - 4 days, new patients daily - 3, admissions per day - 3, follow-ups per day - 14
