General Surgery - Northern Mississippi

• Employed practice seeks BC/BE General Surgeon to join their thriving practice
• Base salary $350,000 plus wRVU and quality bonuses - base guaranteed for 2-3 years
• Join another General Surgeon, who is from the area and has been practicing in the community for over 5 years
• Current surgeon works in clinic 2 days per week and operates two days per week
• Patient volume: approximately 20 patients per day in clinic and approximately 50-70 per month in the OR
• Practice out of one hospital (153 beds)
• Call shared with Surgeon in practice - VERY light call
• Primarily bread & butter general surgery but must have experience with therapeutic endoscopy, breast, and advanced laparoscopy
• Candidates must have interest in practicing in a rural area

• Located just over an hour from Memphis and just over 2 hours from Birmingham, AL
