Shifts: Minimum 6-shifts commitment per month, seeking 12-14 shifts per month
Details: Hospital with 8 ED beds, is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians for locum tenens coverage. Annual volume is 11,000, level 4 trauma center. Average of 30 patients per day. xxxxxxxxxxx* of patients are admitted. Staffing model includes 24-hr EM physician coverage and no APPs currently. EMR used is T-system.
Credentials: Active Kentucky medical license. ACLS. ATLS. PALS. BLS. Residency trained and Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with an average of 9 hours per year of trauma-related continuing medical education and at least 5 years of EM experience.
All providers must be COVID vaccinated or request an exemption form.
