Join a growing private practice in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania providing primary care in office, long term care at facilities, and virtual visits. They provide traditional primary care, integrative medicine, chronic care management, and palliative care to their patients. With a focus on integrative medicine and a philosophy that views a patient as a whole person, the Team is passionate about treating mind and body in order to improve outcomes in the long term.
About Us:
• Private Practice with employment and guaranteed base salary
• Provide care that is patient and family centered, encouraging effective promotion of health, prevention of illness and treatment of disease throughout patient’s lives
• Palliative Care, Chronic Disease Management & Telehealth with Remote Patient Monitoring
• Nursing home and rehabilitation visits
• Care team of Nurse Practitioners & Physicians
• Experienced office and support staff
• No inpatient hospital rounding required
• Part time work will be considered
