• Requirements  
  
  
  
  • Activity logs
  
  
  • If they aren’t board certified (in any board- typically new grads) they will need their life support certs, ACLS, BLS, PALS (pediatrics)
  
  
  • They do not need the sedation exam if they are Emergency Medicine Board Certified
  
  
  • References must come from a department Chair/Medical Director at all current facilities and usually they will like to see any from affiliations that ended within a year
