• LOCATION: New York
• JOB TYPE: Locum Tenens

DESCRIPTION: I am looking for Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Outpatient physician to provide coverage Monday – Friday for patients ages 18 or older
• Target Start Date June 6, 2022 ongoing for 6 – 12 months
• Monday – Friday 8a – 4:30 p
• PPD: 16-18
• No Call
• EMR: Cerner
REQUIREMENTS:
• Board Certified FM/IM
• NY License, active and unrestricted
• BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Covid vaccination
