Description
Established hospital and practice looking to add another Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to their team or 2 in Eastern North Carolina. Current OBGYNs physicians are generating over 10,000 wRVUs a year, there is big money to be made here. Position:
– Join an established practice with 2 other OBGYNs, 5 nurses, call support, and all hospital specialties
– Call is 1:4, shared wRVUs model with other docs, and extra call can be taken for $800 a shift
– Current hospital is performing 400 deliveries a year and are a level II nursery
– Will be officed in a MOB with 35 other providers, fulltime sonographer, and MFM and NICU support team from sister location
– 117 bed hospital acute care hospital with 20 medical specialties on site Compensation and Benefits:
– Base salary, guaranteed production bonus year 1, quality incentives and more give you the ability to earn over $500,000 a year
– $50,000-$80,00 sign on bonus or more based on years of commitment, up to $10,000 in relocation allowance, and $5,000 in CME a year
