– Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties
– Established clinic located on campus
– Strong support staff including 3 APPs and Pediatric Hospitalists
– No C-Section attendance required
– 1:4 call Compensation: – 240K Salary
– 27K for midlevel supervision
– 40K Sign on
– 30K Retention (10K per year over 3 years)
– Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan – Completely independent from your contributions
o Hospital contributes $12,000 per year for years 1-5
o Hospital contributes $24,000 per year, ongoing, after year 6
– Additional 403b with 4 percent match
– Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
– 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
