2x PMHNP
Fulltime M-F 8-5PM with some rotating nightly call
Outpatient/PACT Program
All adults, 8-10 patients per day
30 min med management / 60 min evaluations (flexible)
Cases seen: PACT team(extreme cases) including bipolar disorder, depression etc.
Support staff of 1 psychiatrist, RNs, LCSWs
COVID-19 Vaccine required
