JOB DESCRIPTION AND SCHEDULE

• Adult, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Flexible with schedule, at least 30+ hours per week
• Preferred 1 day in clinic, each week, tele-psychiatry the remainder of the work schedule
• 10-12 patients per day

FINANCIAL PACKAGE

• $20,000 sign-on with 2-year agreement
