– 525K Salary
– 40K Sign on
– 30K Retention (10K per year over 3 years)
– Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan
o Hospital contributes $26,250 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5
o Hospital contributes $52,500 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6
– Additional 403b with 4 percent match
