Description
• Medical Center is looking for a Family Practice physician to start as soon as credentialed for a 4-month assignment.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p
• No call, No weekends
• Trauma Level I
• EMR: Cerner
• Adult Outpatient Population
• Facility can credential within 30 days if provider has active license.
• Please see attached practice description for more details on procedures.

Skills
• Board Certified
• Active ID license - Highly Preferred
• DEA/CSR
• Clean malpractice and no background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Local candidates, no flights - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• If provider does not have active license at the time of submission, they must submit license application within 3 days of acceptance.
