Description
• Specific dates not needed, facility will work around the schedule of the locum. It can be 14 nights straight or 7 on/7off schedule.
• Expected call is in-house
• 80-90% IB, 10-20% GYN (consults, transfers, ER patients, and in house patients)
• About 30 deliveries per month
• Experienced locum in OB and preferably in Gyn as well (3-5 Years)
• EMR: Quadramed

Skills
• Board Certified
• Active NY license
• 3-5 years experience in OB and preferably GYN as well
• Confirm provider has completed at least 1 successful locum assignment through the submitting agency. IF NOT, needs to provide at least 2 completed recent references at time of presentation - Required, no exceptions
• Local provider within driving distance - Highly Preferred
• Clean background with no malpractice - Highly Preferred
