• ASAP - ongoing (6 month assignment to start)
• Office and outpatient hospital coverage
• Reason for coverage: down a provider
• M-F, 8a-5p
• Call once every 8 weeks hospital consults
• Average number of Office/Clinic Patient Per Day: 1/2 day 10-12
• Average number of Hospital Based Patients per Physician per Day: 1/2 day 8-10
• Average number of Admissions per Physician per Day: 0
