– Join a hospital employed anesthesia group that consists of 3 MD’s and 6 CRNA’s
– No medical supervision of CRNA’s – Practice to your full potential
– Proctoring and Mentorship available
– CRNAs take first call – 1:6 – At home call – Post call off
– General focus – No hearts or neuro
– Level 2 neonatal intensive care unit
– A cutting-edge surgery department featuring six operating rooms and a highly specialized staff
– Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents in family medicine and emergency medicine. Compensation and Benefits: – Base Salary of 216K for new graduates, commensurate with experience
– Ability to pick up extra shifts at 150/HR
– 25K sign on
– 10K relocation
– 4K CME allowance
