-3-6 month contract with option to extend -Will work variation of 8’s, 10’s, & 12’s. Need to be flexible -No pager call, everything is in house call. They do 24 hour in house call. -To do the 24 hour call you must be able to do OB independently -Care team model: Docs oversee 1:3 CRNA’s ratio -Very CRNA friendly environment -Cases: Bread & butter.
