Description
Full-time outpatient position at a busy FQHC serving Northern New Hampshire. No call, no inpatient responsibilities. Team-based model of care with integrated behavioral health, one-on-one nursing, triage nursing, and other supports. Competitive pay and benefits, eligible for federal and state student loan repayment programs.
EMR: Centricity
Avg Patients Per day: 14-18
Schedule: M-F / either 5x8's or 4x10's per week.
Full support staff including APP's
