NP / Family Practice / Wisconsin / Locum or Permanent / Milwaukee, WI PRN Shifts Open Job

Dates: 5/3-7,6/28, 6/30, 7/2, 11/5, 11/8, 11/24, 12/29 7a-4p on all dates.
Outpatient/Primary Care for Employees and Family
Patients: Avg. 10-15 PPD, ages 2 and up
Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required; mostly acute care

Requirements: Active license in the state of the facility and a minimum of 3 years of outpatient, clinical experience (as an NP, PA, Physician) in a Primary Care and/or Urgent Care setting.
Must be comfortable working independently in case the MA is out.
Active WI license and DEA required
BLS req'd

Local preferred
