Description
• Flexible Schedule Available
20 hours (.5 fte) a week or more
• 40 hours week, 12's, 10's, & 8's
• Very CRNA Friendly environment
• Care Team Model – Typically 1:3 / 1:4
• Will have 6 MDA’s and 24 CRNA’s when at capacity
• B&B cases
• Cardiac and OB not required but if qualified, CRNA's can participate
• No Trauma required
• Contracts of 3, 6 and 12 months available
4 Locations available in Indiana
Base hourly rate of $120+
Travel and lodging provided if from outside the area
Malpractice insurance Provided
