VISTA has partnered with a client who has sporadic outpatient needs for a family practice physician through the end of the year.
Location: Indiana
Training: Family Medicine
Duration: Ongoing, sporadic needs
Board requirement: Board certified or Board eligible
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday
Shifts: half or full shifts
Hours: Clinic is open 6a - 7p
Procedures: typical family practice
Census: 10 to 15
Type of facility: Clinic
Back-up: NP/PA
EMR: Cerner
License requirement: Must be licensed before presentation
Privileges: 1 week or less
