• Join a multi-disciplinary team with 10 physicians and 25 APP (PT, FT and Per Diem)
• Mix of Office Based Primary Care, Geriatric inpatient service, Nursing home and Assisted Living Facilities.
• Cover a 40 Bed short-term center offering care following hospitalizations so patients can recover in their own homes. Attached to Unity Hospital and services include: Dialysis, Joint replacement recover, stroke rehabilitation, Physical, occupational and speech therapy, cardiac Rehabilitation, Pain Management, Wound Care.
• Geriatric Fellowship required
