Description
VISTA has an opportunity for Nurse Practitioners to work as part of an innovative program treating inpatient patients side by side with physicians from a large prominent healthcare system in Oregon.
Location: Portland, Oregon
Specialist: Nurse Practitioner
Duration: Ongoing while hiring
Board requirement: Board certified
Schedule: Full-time - 40 hour work week
Job details: Established technologically advanced program treating high and medium acuity patients with common medical diagnoses to include but not limited to heart failure, pneumonia, urinary tract infections, cellulitis or wound infection, COPD or asthma exacerbation, sepsis/fever in the patient s home. Comprehensive care team model working with experienced staff within large healthcare partner.
License requirement: Must be licensed before presentation
