currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their existing group.  This is a Full Time opportunity to practice in a Rural Health Clinic which is located inside a Critical Access Hospital.  Credentialing will be required at. 

The clinic is located in a small town setting where the incoming physician will have the ability to develop long-standing relationships within the community. Candidate must have a strong desire to work and relocate in a Rural Setting.  An ideal work-life balance will be provided with a set, flexible clinic schedule and availability of two Nurse Practitioners to aid in caring for the patient population.  Physician will be responsible to supervise 2 current employed Nurse Practitioners and they are utilized in the current call schedule.  Each Provider will be responsible in a call rotation of 1:3.  All calls are first triaged through the nurse-based call center.
