I am working with one of my best clients for a Gastroenterology opportunity in Illinois. I’ve placed 7 providers here- Super family friendly community, just a short drive from St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chicago. Practice Overview: – Employed by award winning, not for profit hospital- 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
– Physician retention rates average 12 years
– Join 1 full time GI who has been with the hospital since 2003
– Additional part time GI and advanced practice provider support
– General focus GI with ERCP – Hospital will implement EUS if provider desires
– 10 days of easy call per month Compensation Overview: – 600K Base salary plus incentives – Top earning potential
– Up to 100k sign on
– Aggressive Hospital funded retirement plan
o Hospital contributes $30,000 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5
o Hospital contributes $60,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6
– Additional 403b with 4 percent match
– Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
– PTO: 33 days annually
– 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
