Description
VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a highly successful hospital affiliated medical group seeking Hospitalists to join their team of sixteen. Benefits of this full-time permanent position include:
Practice Benefits:
* Base salary range of $240,000 -$260,000 based on 168 or 182 shifts per year
* Closed ICU with full time intensivists and no ICU responsibility is anticipated
* Block scheduling with 14 shifts in 28 days plus two weeks vacation
* Rounding shifts are 7 am to 5 pm and admitting shifts from 11:00 am to 9 pm
* Support ED staff with two dedicated admitters in the afternoons
* Established EMR with digital x-ray viewing capability
* Generous malpractice, health, dental, and disability benefits/ insurance, 403b with hospital match, defined contribution retirement account, college savings account and tax-deferred earnings program
* $25,000 sign on bonus
* Up to $10,000 in relocation expenses
* $6,000 annual CME allowance

* 100-bed hospital with a service area of 85,000
* Level III trauma center, tertiary care center support by either Dartmouth-Hitchcock or UVM s Fletcher Allen Healthcare with ground and helicopter transport available
