VISTA s Permanent Placement Division is representing a well-respected, private practice seeking high-level Hospitalists to work closely with Intensivists to provide inpatient care in a large Step-Down Unit at a prestigious 580-bed hospital. Details of this exciting opening include:
* Full-time compensation for 15, 12-hour shifts per month is $360,000
* Exciting Step-Down unit patient panel with average volume of 12 patients
* Availability to work closely with an Intensivist to expand technical skills
* Flexibility to work as many additional shifts as desired
* Procedures are optional
* Strong advanced practitioner support
* Twice as many day shifts as night shifts
* Efficiency of rounding in a single well-staffed unit
* Reduced discharge and case management responsibilities
