Description
VISTA is assisting a Maine hospital system in seeking an additional provider to join an established Hospitalist program. Details of this permanent, full-time opportunity include:
Practice Benefits:
* Employed position
* Joining 4 other practicing providers
* 3-week rotating schedule
* Incoming Hospitalist can expect a daily census of 6 to 10 patients
* Position includes competitive benefits and salary package including malpractice coverage, medical and life insurance, long-term disability, a 403 (b) investment plan, relocation assistance and loan repayment
Facility Benefits:
* 70-bed, acute care community hospital with a 51-member medical staff
* The Hospitalist Service functions 24-hours a day, 7 days a week
* Hospitalist volumes for the next year are projected at 600 admissions
