BC or BE Indiana licensed Psychiatrist
• Experience preferred in Addictions
• Prefer a six month commitment
• Practice Setting – Inpatient & Outpatient, MAT Clinic
• Office Schedule – Monday – Friday (40 Hours) + call
• Call Ratio – 1 every 5 days; every fourth weekend
• Volume of Patients per day – Depending on volume 10-25 patients
