Description

Details:
- Begins upon successful credentialing (Temps Available)
- First day needed November 25th
- Mon - Fri (7a-3:30p)
- Call: Weekend - 1:7 | Weeknight - 1:7
- Cases: B&B, Vascular, ENT, Ophthalmology, Ortho, PEDs (ENT)
- Occasionally assist with cardiac (MDA is primary)
- OB call - Epis & Spinals preferred but not required
- Model: 7 MD/DOs and 15 CRNAs
- EMR: MediTech
