• No inpatient responsibility
• Collaborative, supportive team of physicians, nurse practitioners and practice support staff
• Multi-disciplinary comprehensiveapproachto primary care includes the following services:Medical, Dental, Optometry, Behavioral Health, Peds, Women’s Health, Pharmacy and Community Outreach.
