WOUND CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER SOUTHERN OREGON
The position requires a NP who has experience in wound care (as an NP) and has their WOCN certification. . Our wound care team consists of 4 NPs, 1 Physician and a Podiatrist and sees an average of 12,000 visits per year.: •Base compensation of $61.50/hour •Sign on bonus of $10,000 •Relocation assistance of $10,000 •CME allowance of $3,000 per year •Clinic has excellent healing rates and high staff and patient satisfaction scores •Excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits •3 Year service commitment associated with the signing bonus and relocation assistance Contact xxxxxxxxxxx*
