Urgent need for full time - ongoing Pulm CC or PULM outpatient provider 

Clinic open M - S but only needs to work 40 hrs per week
Outpatient only 
EPIC
BC Pulm or Pulm CC
16-18 patient visits per day (30 minute appts)
60-90 day privs - need someone ASAP
Ongoing indefinitely - minimum 3 months
1 week per month minimum avail but looking for long term
Travel, lodging and mp provided
